New Year’s Eve Cocktail Recipes

Now that Christmas 2016 is a memory, it’s time to prepare for your New Year’s Eve celebration. Want your party to be the best one of the year? We spoke with the mixology experts from The Circular, The Hotel Hershey’s flagship restaurant, to gather some cocktail recipes that are sure to welcome 2017 with the perfect toast!

CRANBERRY SAGE MARGARITA 2

Cranberry Sage Margarita

Margarita glass rimmed with sage sugar

Build in shaker:

1 ½ oz Reposado Tequila

½ oz Aperol

½ oz Canton

2 oz Cranberry Puree

¼ oz Lime Juice

1 oz Sage Simple Syrup

Top with Cran Foam

Strain over ice, garnish w/ lime

Martini Glass

Build in Shaker:

2 oz Fig Vodka

1 oz Ruby Port

½ oz Ste. Germaine

½ oz Sweet Vermouth

Green Apple Garnish

WHITE COSMO

White Cranberry Cosmo

Martini Glass

Build in Shaker:

2 oz Orange Vodka

1 oz Canton

½ oz Grand Marnier

½ oz Lemon Juice

Top with White Cran juice

Garnish with Orange Twist & Cranberry

CONCORD CRUSH

Concord Crush

Rocks Glass, muddle 3 grapes & 8-10 rosemary leaves

1.5 oz Nolet Gin

½ oz Strega

1 oz Concord Grape Juice

½ oz Rosemary Simple Syrup

¼ oz Lemon Juice

Splash Club Soda

Garnish w/ rosemary sprig

Clementhyme

Clemen-Thyme

Rocks Glass, Ice Ball

Build in Shaker:

1 ½ oz Death’s Door Gin

½ oz Gran Marnier

1 oz thyme Simple Syrup

1 ½ oz clementine Juice

1 oz carrot juice
