Milton Hershey School Honors HE&R Employee

Milton Hershey School’s (MHS) Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum is an award-winning program that prepares students to graduate both career and college ready by combining real-world learning opportunities with internships and co-op experiences. Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (HE&R) has been involved in the CTE program for several years with numerous employees providing their knowledge, expertise and time to support the students’ education and growth.

Recently, Kelly Meyer from HE&R was recognized by MHS for going above and beyond in coordinating internships and co-op experiences throughout the destination. For almost five years, Kelly has played an integral role in the CTE program, consistently exceeding what is asked of the committee members. This past year, she was pivotal in placing a record number 26 students at HE&R.

Congratulations to Kelly on this well-deserved acknowledgment. On behalf of HE&R team members, I thank her for her continued commitment to honoring the legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by providing value to the students of MHS.
