HERSHEYPARK IN THE DARK IS A FUN TIME FOR KIDS OF ALL AGES!

This post originally appeared on AGrandeLife.com

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to ride a roller coaster in the dark? Want to visit an amusement park with your kids for Halloween that is fun but not scary? If you said yes to both of those questions then you need to visit Hersheypark in the Dark this Halloween.

One of the reasons that I really like Hersheypark in the Dark is that it isn’t scary at all, so it really is age appropriate for even the littlest kids in your family. With three roller coasters open plus lots of kiddie rides to chose from, everyone will have a great time riding the rides, collecting treats and spending a great night together. Adding to the fun, the lights on Lightning RacerWildcat, and Comet are turned off at 9 p.m. so you can ride those roller coasters in the dark!

HERSHEYPARK IN THE DARK

Hours of Operation. Hersheypark in the Dark weekends start October 13th. It is only open on the weekends and doesn’t open until 5 p.m. on Fridays and 10 am on Saturdays and Sundays. Hersheypark in the Dark runs through October 29th. Take advantage of Hersheypark’s preview plan.

Preview plan. Purchase a regular full-day admission ticket for tomorrow, 2-1/2* hours prior to Park closing, and be their guest FREE for the remainder of that evening. (*3-1/2 hours for 11 pm closing). If you want to visit on a Saturday and plan on staying overnight, then make your hotel reservation for Friday night, head to the park for a few hours on Friday and then visit all day on Saturday.
