Hershey Bears Participate in Running for Rachel Event

Hershey Bears Attend 7th annual ‘Running for Rachel’ Fundraiser, March 20

What: The Hershey Bears hockey club will participate in the 7th Annual ‘Running for Rachel’ fundraising event at various Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar locations, as part of its Hershey Bears Cares community initiative.

When: March 20, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Where and Who:  The following Arooga’s locations will host the event with these Hershey Bears* players attending:

About:  Hershey Bears and Arooga’s fans will have the chance to meet players, get autographs, and bid on items in support of ‘Running for Rachel’ while enjoying restaurant specials. As an added bonus, guests who donate at least $25 will be registered to win “Free Burgers for a Year” from Arooga’s.

‘Running for Rachel’ 5K will be held on April 28, 2019 in Harrisburg, Pa. The race honors beloved community member and college student Rachel Guss, who passed away in November 2011 from duodenal cancer, a rare form of the disease which is extremely difficult to treat.
