Employee Recognition: Honoring Employees with 25 Years of Service

Every January, Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (HE&R) has a wonderful tradition of honoring team members who have devoted twenty-five years of service to the company. The event includes dinner and a ceremony filled with gratitude, memories, some laughs and even a few tears. 

On January 31, 2019, the 38th Annual Legacy Employee Recognition Dinner was held at Hershey Country Club. This year's 'class' of honorees included 15 employees from across the destination including Hershey Laundry, The Hotel Hershey, Hershey Entertainment Complex, Hershey Lodge and Hershey Country Club. These team members now join a group known as 'Legacy Employees.'

Honorees were accompanied to the event by a family member or friend who had the opportunity to hear praise and thanks from our President & CEO, John Lawn, and the honoree's managers. HE&R has a proud history of Legacy Employees with decades of exemplary service to guests and fellow team members. We thank this wonderful group of employees for their ongoing loyalty, hardwork and continually honoring the legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey.
