Cheers to warm weather, sunshine and summer cocktails returning to the menus at The Hotel Hershey! The beverage team at The Circular, the Hotel's flagship restaurant, has been hard at work this season experimenting with flavors to create a refreshing new lineup of cocktails exclusively for the spring and summer season. From fruity martinis to summer sangria, there's something for everyone.

Mandarin Martini
This summer favorite is as refreshing as it sounds! Ketel One oranje vodka, peach schnapps, simple syrup, mandarin purée, St. Germain and chardonnay make for the perfect martini for the dog days of summer.
Hibiscus Fuse
Our house-made hibiscus and gunpowder tea tincture is the perfect balance of sweet and citrus for this gin cocktail. Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish gin is made with many botanicals that were chosen during a long journey from Ireland to China. The botanical that stood out the most was the gunpowder tea.
Pineapple Rum Punch
This pineapple-infused Bacardi cocktail is the perfect drink for a hot summer day. The pineapple rum is mixed with Patrón Citrónge pineapple liqueur, coconut water, amaretto, pineapple juice, and is finished with egg whites.
Cucumber Sangria
Relax and unwind with this citrus Sauvignon Blanc with Hendricks gin, Thatcher's cucumber liqueur, St. Germain and lime juice.
