Spring is just around the corner, and the chefs at The Hotel Hershey have been busy cooking up some delicious new dishes that will be perfect to usher in a new season. With brightly colored ingredients and beautiful presentations, the Hotel's culinary team has truly created works of art on a plate that you won't want to miss.

The Circular
The Hotel Hershey's flagship restaurant features the fresh, new flavors of an iconic American dining experience, reimagined, where you can enjoy small plates and drinks at the circular-shaped bar or an intimate meal overlooking the property's beautiful Formal Gardens. The restaurant's new menu includes such dishes as Prime Graded Côte de Boeuf for Two, Cider Glazed Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin with Granny Smith Apple Ravioli and Carrot Risotto, and Blackberry Pistachio Gateau for dessert.
Hours:
- Breakfast: 7-10:30 a.m. daily
- Sunday Brunch: 12-2:30 p.m.
- Lunch: 12-2 p.m. Saturday and select weekdays
- Dinner: 5-9:30 p.m. Monday-Saturday; 6-9:30 p.m. Sunday
Harvest
Inspired by local and regional ingredients, Harvest offers a fresh taken on American cuisine perfect for the whole family. The new menu features fresh seasonal fare, such as a House-Made Potato Pierogies appetizer, Blackened Bleu Wedge Salad, Pan Roasted Atlantic Salmon, Troegs Double Bock Braised Short Rib, and even Deep Fried PB&J with PB&J Swirled Ice Cream for dessert.

- Lunch: 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, Thursday-Saturday
- Dinner: 4-9 p.m. Sunday, Monday and Thursday; 4-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday
- Ala Carte Brunch: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday
Trevi 5
Featuring a fresh, authentically modern Italian dining experience, Trevi 5 offers a contemporary twist on traditional Italian cuisine. The new menu includes such dishes as a Prosciutto D'Parma and Cantaloupe Salad, Grilled Octopus and Capellini alla Scoglio.

- Lunch: 11:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday
- Dinner: 5-10 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday
